Comprehensive Risk Counseling Services (CRCS)

This service consists of at least six sessions of counseling to help individuals achieve their goals for safer behaviors.

This method is particularly helpful to those people who are either HIV+ or are at high risk for contracting HIV. Couples may also be seen together to help them obtain a healthier life.

CRCS uses client-centered communication and motivational interviewing. CRCS can help you reach your risk reduction goals.
Risk Reduction Counseling (RRC)

This service is very similar to CRCS, but consists of only one to five sessions of counseling.

Change can be overwhelming if it approached too quickly. In fact, many people will retreat to unhealthy behaviors if the change is too great.

RRC utilizes the Stages of Change model to meet you where you are at behaviorally. RRC helps you take the next step towards a gradual change.
