AIDStock 2004

The 1st ever AIDStock 2004! fundraiser at Illinois Wesleyan University was a success.

Thanks to the FIJI fraternity for all their hard work and dedication in getting this concert to be as wonderful as it was.

MCATF and FIJI's were able to jointly raise ~$700!!

Take a look at the pictures below to see AIDStock 2004! for yourself.

Bands begin to set-up their equipment....

3pm ... concert begins in 2 hours.

The bands begin arriving around 4pm and we are in full swing.

The first bands start at 5pm to small but devoted bands. We were shocked to hear great these bands have become (not bad for high schoolers).

The crowd begins meandering in and belly-up right to the stage. These are all fantastic bands, this evening.

More and more filter in....

Then Ryan's Hope took the stage and turned this party out!

Crowds and donations begin to grow....

Bands included: End Me, Shah, John Nord, Nate Kinnaman, Ryan's Hope, and special guest "Red Hot Valentines"

MCATF's Youth Outreach Coordinator got into the act, as well.

And the raffles begain....

One of the striving forces beind this fundraiser, FIJI Fraternity member Mike Bragg. Thanks for your hard work and we thank the FIJI's!!

I won a Best Buy gift certificate...

Beth at Hattie's even won a gift certificate for Qdoba. Congrats, Beth!

This lucky participant walked away with a CD Player and Car Kit. I can hear the music now....

This person entered our raffle and won a donated DVD/MP3 Player! Now that's a prize!

This lucky winner won a $100 gift certificate!

And then it was time for "The Red Hot Valentines"

The crowd really got into their music. More and more people began to arrive.

There was plenty of energy on that stage!

More concertgoers at the McLean County AIDS Task Force AIDStock 2004!

And the music continued until 10pm.

Thanks to alll the bands, musicians, the FIJI's, MCATF volunteers and you who helped us to raise almost $700. Your donations are GREATLY appreciated
