The sign up forms for the 2010 Walk/Run for Life! are available. This year we have gone to 2 different forms. The first is an online PDF form that you would open up and fill in the blanks and print off. The second is a PDF that you would print and then write in the information.
The registration costs have changed for this year. The pre-registration cost is $20.00 per person and you must have your registration form returned to MCATF prior to the race event. Registration the day of the race event is $25.00. Those people who are wanting to mail their registration forms in please make sure to allow for timely delivery. Any registration forms will not be able to receive the pre-registration discount if not received by May 14, 2010.
We have also added a place to decline the t-shirt if you so choose to assist in helping us to keep the costs down. Also, we will NOT have t-shirts the day of the race except for the pre-registered participants. Anyone wanting a t-shirt must pre-register by May 3, 2010 so we can get the order placed and make sure the t-shirts are available.
Registration forms are available at the MCATF office, The Bistro, they will be in the newsletter or you can print on out from this website on this page.
